On team/relay orders you can easily import multiple team members at once with an .xlsx document. Follow these simple steps to add team members to existing team/relay orders.
Note: In order to import a list of team members, you need to have set up a team/relay ticket on your event AND if the order does not exist yet you need to create a new order (by clicking "Add") then selecting the Team product from your inventory.
- On the side bar menu, click on "Orders"
- Click on the ticket you want to modify.
3. Click on "Import Team Members".
4. Drop a .xlsx file with the rest of the team's details, or download our template.
5. Once you have dropped the .xlsx file, click on "Next: Select fields"
6. Match the fields.
7. Click on "Import"
8. Click on "Done" and your participants will be added to the team/relay ticket!
